Do I need to contact you before ordering?
For complex issues or full server setups, yes. Please message me first with a brief description of your server and what you need. For straightforward troubleshooting, you may order the appropriate package directly.
What access will you need to my server?
Access depends on the work required. I may need remote server, hosting panel, RCON, or configuration file access. I will only request access necessary to complete the agreed work.
Can you set up a new Squad server from scratch?
Yes. I can configure a new Squad dedicated server, including core server settings, layer rotation, RCON, networking and supported administration tools. Please contact me before ordering a complete setup.
Do you provide the server hosting?
No. This service covers setup, configuration and troubleshooting. You will need an existing dedicated server, VPS or compatible hosting environment. If you are unsure what hosting you need, message me before ordering.
