I'm new and I don't know how to place the order.
Please inbox me, I'm here to assist you. After a discussion of the project I'll send you the custom offer, you just need to accept the custom offer and fill up all the requirements and your order will be placed successfully.
If I accidentally chose the wrong package and placed the order, what steps should I take next?
If you chose the basic package but would like the full font file, no need to worry! I'll create a custom offer within your current order, and once you accept it, I'll provide you with the complete font.
What steps should I take before I place an order?
It's a good idea to send a message with the project details first. This way, we can clarify the requirements before you place an order. Keep in mind that the final cost and delivery time can change based on how complex the project is, so starting a conversation beforehand is really helpful.
What files will be included in the final delivery?
TTF and OTF for Windows and Mac. Woff and Woff2 files for the Website Usage. VFC(FontLab studio Source file), AI, and EPS files upon request.
Will I receive support after the service?
Absolutely, you'll receive after-service support! If your order shows as completed, there's no need to worry; I'm here to help with any minor revisions you may need.
What variations of the font will be part of the final delivery?
Typically, the Regular version of the font is included in the final delivery, but I'm happy to work with any font variation, from thin to book. Just remember that only one variation comes with the packages, so you'll need to choose an additional variation package when you place your order.
Is it possible to incorporate my logo into a font?
Yes, why not? I can make your logo typeable so you can easily access it by typing a button in any software.
Can I get a Color font SVG?
Yes, You can get the color font as well but please try to share the details before placing an order.
