No. I prefer efficient asynchronous troubleshooting. Send me the problem description, logs, screenshots, relevant configuration and expected result. If a call is genuinely necessary, we can agree on it separately.
What information should I send before you start?
Please provide a clear description of the issue, affected systems, recent changes, error messages, logs, screenshots and sanitized configuration where relevant. Never send passwords or private keys.
Can you troubleshoot Active Directory trust and cross-domain issues?
Yes. I can troubleshoot domain and forest trusts, DNS dependencies, authentication, permissions, Kerberos-related issues and connectivity between Active Directory environments.
What if the problem is more complex than the selected package?
I will first assess the scope. If additional work is required, I will explain why and send a custom offer or suggest additional hours before continuing.

When appropriate and explicitly agreed, yes. I prioritize safe changes, backups or rollback options and minimum necessary impact. I can also provide exact commands and instructions for your administrator to execute instead.
