Do I need to provide a dieline?
No. Dieline creation is included in Standard and Premium, and can be added to Basic as an extra. If your manufacturer already gave you a dieline, upload it and I will design to it; if not, I will build the correct structure for your product type and quote it first.
What files do I receive?
Print-ready PDF plus editable Adobe Illustrator source files (Standard and above), and PNG/JPG previews for your listings.
Can you design for my exact product size?
Yes. Give me width × depth × height (or pouch dimensions) and I will build the dieline to match.
Do you handle printing?
No, I deliver press-ready files. I can advise on board and paper selection, and on choosing print methods for your supplier.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic 2, Standard 4, Premium 8. A revision covers adjustments to the design I delivered — text, colour, layout. A new concept or a new product size is a new order or an extra, so there are no surprises on either side.
