What file types do you accept?
Word (.docx), Google Docs link, or PDF. Word or Google Docs works best because it keeps formatting clean.
Do you edit or proofread my manuscript?
No. I format only, so please send your final edited text. I can point you to editors if you need one.
Which trim sizes do you support?
All KDP sizes, such as 5x8, 5.5x8.5, 6x9 and 8.5x11. If you’re unsure, I’ll recommend one for your book type
Will my book be accepted by KDP?
Yes. I format to KDP’s margin, bleed and file requirements, and fix any issues flagged on upload.
Can you format workbooks and journals with fillable or lined pages?
Yes. I handle exercise pages, lined pages, checklists and trackers. Use Standard for simple ones and Premium for complex ones.
Do you design the cover?
No, this gig is interior formatting only. I can prepare your page count and spine details so your cover designer has exact specs.
Can you format images, charts and tables?
Yes. Send images at 300 DPI if possible, and I’ll position them neatly with captions.
Can I get both a print and Kindle version?
Yes. Choose Standard or Premium, or add the extra format option to Basic.
How many revisions do I get?
2 on Basic, 3 on Standard and 5 on Premium. Extra revisions are available as an add-on.
Will you upload the book to KDP for me?
I won’t upload for you, because your KDP account is private. Premium includes step-by-step upload guidance, or I can walk you through it.
