No, and be careful with anyone who does. A perfect score is not always possible or even useful. What I deliver is real measured improvement in load time and Core Web Vitals, documented with before and after reports.
Will anything break?
No code change is risk-free. We agree on a backup or rollback method before editing. I check affected functions on desktop and mobile and provide a change list. Revisions address issues caused by the agreed changes; unrelated faults and new features need separate scoping.
