How can I send you my assets and materials if the files are too large?
You may use cloud servers like WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com), DropMeFiles (dropmefiles.com/), Google Drive (drive.google.com), or DropBox (www.dropbox.com), etc. link containing your video template, images, logos, fonts, text, and other materials. Please make sure the link is accessible.
Why is the video quality in my preview or delivery link low?
The preview may be compressed to allow faster uploading and downloading. The final video quality depends on the selected package and agreed delivery specifications. If you need Full HD (1080p) or 4K resolution, please contact me before placing your order.
What do you mean by template editing?

If you need a completely original animation rather than an existing template, please choose the Premium package or contact me first. Share your script, reference videos, and ideas so I can evaluate the project and confirm the scope, price, and delivery time.
Can you deliver the final video in 4K resolution or add multilingual text?
Please contact me before ordering if you need 4K resolution, Hebrew or Arabic text, or another special requirement. I will confirm whether it is supported and whether any additional cost or delivery time applies.
