Q: Will this work for my trade?
A: It is built for owner operator service businesses. Handyman, pool service, home watch, pressure washing, lawn and landscape, mobile detailing, screen repair, small HVAC. If you are on jobs all day and the phone is your business, this is for you.
Q: Do I need to already have a website?
A: No. If you have one, the audit tells you what is wrong with it. If you do not, skip the audit and take the page.
Q: How does the contact form actually reach me?
A: It sends to your email through a free form service, set up in YOUR account so the leads are yours and you are not dependent on me for them. It takes about two minutes and I walk you through it, or you send me the endpoint and I wire it. The free tier covers 50 enquiries a month at no cost.
Q: Who hosts it?
A: You do, wherever you like, and you own the files outright. One HTML file with nothing external in it, so it works on any host including the free ones. I will tell you exactly how to put it up.
Q: Can you set up missed call text back?
A: Not in these packages. It needs a phone service account in your name and I will not sell you something I cannot switch on. Ask me and I will tell you honestly where that stands.
