About this gig
Need a Zapier expert to connect your apps, fix a broken Zap, or build AI workflow automation? I create reliable Zapier automations and custom API integrations that capture every lead, sync your data, and remove repetitive manual tasks. Every workflow uses clean logic and optimized task usage to keep your Zapier bill low.
My Process:
- Review your apps, current workflow, and automation goals
- Map triggers, actions, filters, Paths (conditional logic), and data fields
- Build multi-step Zaps with Formatter, Delays, Webhooks, or REST API
- Add AI steps with OpenAI / ChatGPT where needed
- Test every step with real sample data and fix any data-sync errors
Final Delivery:
You get 1 fully tested Zap per package, running live in your Zapier account, plus a short walkthrough showing how it works and how to edit it.
Requirements:
Please share the apps you want to connect (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Stripe, Google Sheets, Airtable, Facebook Lead Ads, etc.), a clear description of the workflow you need, and access to your Zapier account.
Message me before ordering so we can confirm the scope and the right package.

FAQ
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
It depends on your workflow. Multi-step Zaps, Paths, Webhooks, and premium apps usually need a paid Zapier plan. Simple 2-step Zaps can run on the free plan. Message me your workflow and I’ll tell you which plan you need before ordering.
Can you fix a Zap that’s already broken?
Yes. I troubleshoot broken Zaps, failed tasks, and data-sync errors. I’ll review your Zap history, find the cause of the problem, fix it, and test everything so it runs reliably again.
What if my app doesn’t have a Zapier integration?
No problem. If an app has an API or supports webhooks, I can connect it using Webhooks by Zapier or a custom API request. Send me the app name and I’ll confirm it can be connected before you order.
How do you access my Zapier account?
You can share your Zapier login securely through Fiverr messages, or invite me to your Zapier team if your plan allows it. I’ll also need access to any connected apps. You can change your password once the work is complete.
Can you add AI or ChatGPT to my workflow?
Yes. I can add OpenAI / ChatGPT steps to summarize leads, write email replies, classify data, extract information, or generate content inside your Zap. AI integration is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
