Can you set up a new ASA server from scratch?
Yes. I can set up and configure a new ASA server including rates, mods, server settings, difficulty, breeding settings, and other available configuration options.
Can you set up an ARK cluster with multiple maps?
Yes. I have experience managing multi-map ASA clusters. Cluster work is priced based on the number of servers/maps and the amount of configuration required, so please contact me first for larger clusters.
Can you install and configure ASA mods and plugins?
Yes. I can install, configure, update, and troubleshoot ASA mods and compatible server plugins. You must provide any paid content, licenses, or required access.
Can you fix crashes or a server that will not start?
Yes. I can investigate startup failures, crashes, configuration problems, mod/plugin conflicts, and other server issues. Some problems may depend on third-party mods or software outside of my control.
What hosting providers can you work with?
I can work with dedicated servers, VPS environments, and many game-server hosting panels. Message me if you're unsure whether I can work with your specific provider.
Do you guarantee that every mod or plugin can be fixed?
No. If the problem is caused by a broken or outdated third-party mod/plugin, I may not be able to modify it. I will diagnose the issue and explain the available options whenever possible.
Will you explain what you changed?
Yes. I explain the work I perform, why changes were made, and anything important you should know about managing your server afterward.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the work originally agreed upon. Additional servers, maps, mods, plugins, features, or unrelated issues may require an extra or custom offer.
