What permissions do you need to build and test the script?
I build and test against a development tenant. For production deployment you will need Global Admin or the appropriate role-based permissions. I document exactly what permissions are required for every script.
Can you work with both commercial M365 and Government (GCC) tenants?
Yes for commercial M365. GCC High tenants have different API endpoints and additional restrictions -- message me before ordering if you are on GCC High to confirm compatibility.
Do you use the Microsoft Graph API or legacy PowerShell modules?
I use the Microsoft Graph API and modern PowerShell modules (Microsoft.Graph SDK, ExchangeOnlineManagement v3). Legacy basic auth modules are deprecated by Microsoft and I do not use them.
Can you automate user onboarding and offboarding workflows?
Yes. Full user lifecycle automation including AD provisioning, M365 licensing, group membership, mailbox setup, and offboarding with license removal and data retention is available in the Standard and Premium packages.
