I provide professional, manufacturer-independent KNX and ETS project analysis and troubleshooting.
Send me your ETS project file (.knxproj) together with a clear description of the issue. I will analyze the project configuration, identify possible errors and, when applicable, make the necessary corrections.

Please send your ETS project file (.knxproj), your ETS version and a detailed description of the problem. Screenshots or additional information about the devices involved can also be helpful.
Do you work with different KNX manufacturers?
Yes. My service is manufacturer-independent and focused on the KNX standard and ETS. I can analyze projects containing devices from different KNX manufacturers, subject to the available product documentation.
Can you guarantee that the problem will be solved?
Not always. Some issues may be caused by wiring, bus communication, power supplies, faulty devices or other conditions that cannot be verified from an ETS project alone. I will analyze the project and identify configuration issues or possible causes within the scope of the selected package.
Do you need remote access to my KNX installation?
No. This Gig is primarily based on offline ETS project analysis.
