About this gig
Most custom Shopify work gets hard-coded into a template. It looks the same on delivery and it costs you every time you want to change something afterwards.
I build it as sections and blocks instead so the thing you paid for appears in your theme editor, and you can change the text, the images and usually the layout without calling anyone.
That's the difference, and it's most of what I'd want you to know before ordering.
What you get
A working section or feature in your live theme, built the way Shopify intends rather than typed into a template. Settings for the parts you'll actually want to change. A short note explaining what's editable and where.
How I work
I'll ask for your store URL and what you're trying to build before I quote anything. If your theme is heavily customised already, I'll tell you whether new work can sit cleanly alongside it sometimes the honest answer is that it can't, and that's worth knowing before you spend.
Work happens on a duplicate of your theme. Nothing touches your live store until you've seen it.

FAQ
Will this survive a theme update?
If it's built as a section, generally yes — that's the main reason to build it that way. Work hard-coded into template files is what gets overwritten. I'll tell you which yours is before starting.
Can you match my existing design?
Usually. Send the store URL and I'll tell you before you order. If your theme has a settings-based design system I'll build to it; if values are hard-coded throughout, I'll say so and we can decide whether to match or to fix.
Do I own the code?
Yes. It's in your theme, in your store, and you can edit it or have anyone else edit it. Nothing here depends on me afterwards.
Will this make me more sales?
I don't know, and neither does anyone else selling you a section. What I can tell you is what it will do structurally — be editable, load within your existing performance budget, and not break at the next update.
What if I need something different partway through?
Tell me early. Small adjustments are part of the revisions. A change in what we're building is a different scope and I'd rather re-quote it than deliver something neither of us meant.
