I will create an erpnext inventory and warehouse blueprint

About this gig
Still managing inventory with spreadsheets, paper lists, or disconnected processes?
I will assess the inventory files and workflow for one selected warehouse or location, then design a practical ERPNext Inventory Blueprint for how your business should purchase, receive, store, move, pick, pack, and fulfill products.
Your Blueprint includes:
Inventory-data findings and risks
Current purchasing-to-fulfillment workflow
Recommended ERPNext inventory structure
Warehouse and stock-location recommendations
Process gaps and operational risks
Prioritized implementation action plan
Clear written next steps
My recommendations are informed by 10+ years of warehouse, yard, freight, and logistics experience, with a focus on practical systems for floor teams and management.
This Gig is the planning phase. It does not include ERPNext installation, configuration, migration, custom development, dashboards, accounting, or integrations. Suitable projects may continue through a separate custom offer for configuration, data preparation, testing, training, and handoff.
Please message me before ordering with your SKU count, locations, users, current systems, files, and goals.

FAQ
Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your number of SKUs, users, warehouse locations, current software, spreadsheets, required workflows, and launch goal so I can confirm the correct package and scope.
What does the Inventory Blueprint include?
I will audit one inventory spreadsheet, document your current purchasing-to-fulfillment workflow, identify data and operational risks, recommend an ERPNext inventory structure, and deliver a prioritized implementation action plan.
Can you migrate my existing spreadsheet data?
No. I will review your spreadsheet and identify duplicates, missing fields, and formatting issues. Data cleanup, editing, importing, and migration are not included and require a separate custom offer.
Are Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, or API integrations included?
No. Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, shipping carriers, payment systems, external APIs, custom applications, and marketplace synchronization are not included in the Inventory Blueprint.
What counts as a warehouse location?
A warehouse location means one operational site or stock location included in the agreed scope. Complex rack, aisle, shelf, bin, retail, returns, damaged-stock, or multi-branch structures may require additional configuration.
Will you build custom ERPNext applications?
Custom Frappe applications, advanced scripts, custom modules, mobile interfaces, and major design changes are outside the standard packages and require a separate technical assessment and custom offer.
Can you implement ERPNext after the Blueprint?
Yes, for suitable projects. After the Blueprint defines the scope, I can provide a separate custom offer for ERPNext configuration, data preparation, testing, training, and handoff. Complex integrations or custom apps may require another specialist.
