I will do bookkeeping for one month

I will categorize transactions up to the limit for the amount of accounts selected. This is a monthly service in which you will tell me which month you need it done for. I will not categorize outside of the specified month. I will make invoices if need be and apply payments to them. I will also create bills if need be and record payments for those.

You must keep communication with me in case I have questions that need answered on your books. You MUST have your accounts downloaded to the software and provide me with bank statements if you want reconciliation done. If I see something that seems to be entered incorrectly I will bring it to attention. I will also answer questions if you have any.

You may book this service more than once for multiple months.
