How fast can I get my order back?
I guarantee 24 hour or less delivery :o) If you are in need of getting it sooner then please make sure to order the Extra Fast Delivery so I can be sure you get your order back ASAP.
I really need this order completed faster than 24 hrs, can I "Skip the line" and go to the front?
Yes! For a small fee I will complete your order FIRST. My days typically book up quickly so be sure to select "Skip the line" when placing your order.
Do you offer Revisions?
Yes! A revision includes a minor change to a script. A complete re-recording is not a revision. Any mistakes that are my fault are corrected for free. I provide one minor modification of the delivery for free with every order. Otherwise, additional revisions are $5 for every 50 words.
If I order 200 words but only use 160 words, will you still owe many the remaining words?
No. Once your order is placed, you may not add scripts on or assume that you still have remaining words to use at a later date. You are purchasing, "Up to XXX words". If you don't use them, you lose them.
Can I add or change something in the script after I place my order?
Absolutely! For a small fee you can make any changes you'd like to the script. Let's make sure you are completely satisfied!
I need this Voice Over to match the timing in a video, can you do that?
No problem! You will need to purchase "Timed Audio Sync" when you place your order and I will gladly match the Voice Over to your preferred timing. You just need to simply give me the time stamps for the script. NOTE: This is timed AUDIO ONLY. Delivered as Mp3/WAV. Video NOT included.
Timed Audio Sync vs Video Delivery?
"Timed Audio Sync" is AUDIO ONLY and delivered as an MP3/WAV - Used for inserting into your video or a presentation requiring accurate timing "Video Delivery" is BOTH AUDIO AND VIDEO sync'd together by me and delivered as an MP4 - I sync the audio timing and insert it in your video for you
My script is likely not written in Native English, can you help proofread it?
I sure can! Make sure to purchase "Proofread" and add it to your order before submitting it.
I need my order delivered in separate files, can you do that?
I can do that for you! Make sure to select "File Splitting" when placing your order.
I'd like to listen while you record and give suggestions so I can make sure I get exactly what I need. Can we do that?
