Hi, I'm Briar - a professional map illustrator from NZ.

These clean, modern, illustrated site plans and street maps are perfect for real estate and marketing, property layouts, architecture site plans, aerial floor plans, or town planning. All designs are completely custom to you!

Any area or place can be designed - in any style/colour you wish.

How does it work?

Choose your package -

1. SIMPLE: A simple, map with property outlines, streets, and greenery

2. ESSENTIAL: A map with 3 illustrated icons (such as people, cars, or landmarks)

3. LUXURY: A map with 8 illustrated icons

You will then get the chance to provide me with a brief, before I make a start.

What will be included?

Your map design will include simple outlines of your property, waterbodies, greenery, roads/footpaths, legend, and any necessary text. Illustrated icons can be included based on your needs. Your final map is provided in high-quality, PNG/PDF scalable vector files.
