About me
I'm Bria Walker — professional dog trainer with 30+ years in the animal industry: grooming-business owner (500+ clients), vet tech and kennel manager, training supervisor, and published author of Before 'Sit': The Safety Skills Every Dog Should Learn First.
These days I also do something writers love: dog & horse accuracy reads for fiction. Send me your animal scenes and I'll flag anything real dog and horse people would catch — behavior, handling, training, rescue and trauma — with plain-language fixes and a follow-up call included.
Rescue dogs are my specialty; horses, I raised from birth
