What file types can you work with?
PDF, Word documents, plain text, spreadsheets and web pages. Send me a sample before ordering and I'll confirm it works.
Can I add more documents later myself?
Yes. It's built so you can add or remove documents without coming back to me. I'll show you how before handover.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT doesn't know your documents and will guess when it's unsure. This answers only from your material and shows you the exact source every time, so anyone can verify it in seconds.
Is my data private, and are there any monthly costs?
Starter runs entirely in your browser — your documents never leave your device and there's no ongoing cost. Business and Advanced use a hosted AI service for better accuracy on larger sets, so there's a small monthly API cost ($5-30) paid to the provider, not me. Confidential? Tell me first.
What support do I get after delivery?
Business includes 14 days of support after delivery and Advanced includes 30 days, covering fixes, questions and adjustments to how it answers. Starter is delivered working but without a support window. After that I'm available for paid updates, or you can maintain it yourself.
