I led and managed the organization’s IT infrastructure and information management systems, overseeing technology operations across the organization and its subsidiaries. I developed and maintained secure data storage systems, managed websites and social media platforms, and handled staff email administration and technical support. I ensured system security through antivirus protection, backups, and disaster recovery planning. I coordinated IT personnel, evaluated and improved system performance, and oversaw hardware/software procurement with licensing compliance. I also implemented electronic attendance systems, supported data management processes, trained staff, designed communication materials, and maintained data quality, security, and efficient information flow.
