I am English with a soft friendly Northern tone, and have experience doing all sorts of work - radio commercials, audio books, podcasts, phone systems, video narration and lots more. I send high quality audio, recorded with a studio microphone in a sound treated room.
I always edit audio before sending, removing breaths and outtakes, allowing you to only hear what you need. Saying that, if you're looking for a more natural recording such as for dramas or meditations, just say.
Cheerful, sincere, excited, heartfelt, corporate, sexy, chatty? Happy to take direction on the tone you're after.
If you are hoping to use the audio for marketing purposes or on a radio or TV station I can provide the full commercial or broadcast rights for an extra cost. FAQ
Do I need to include rights?
Yes, in most cases. If your audio is going to be used commercially, you'll need commercial rights. And if the audio is potentially going to be used on radio, TV or on audiobook / podcast outlets, you'll need broadcast rights. If in doubt, feel free to ask.
What if I don't like the voiceover when you've recorded it?
In most cases people are happy with the result. But if you want to change a word, or perhaps you want the tone slightly different let me know within the review time period and I'm happy to help - a revision is usually included in the offer. After the review time period, there may be an extra charge.
Do you do demos?
Occasionally, I don't mind doing a demo if it's for a relatively big job. If it's for a small project, sometimes I can't, but feel free to ask and I can let you know.
Will you edit the audio?
I usually remove the breaths and any takes I'm not happy with so you receive just the wording you've asked for. Sometimes, a more natural version (with suitable breaths and pauses) is better for projects like a drama, conversation or audio book, but please ask about this so I can do the best job.
Can you record within 24 hours?
Sometimes, yes! Just send me a message and I'll let you know. This does come with a small extra charge.
