What is vector file?
Vector files (ai/eps/pdf/cdr) are scalable image/file without loss of quality and are ready for special printing purposes and in vector files you can change anything like change shape, add color, add text etc.
Do you want to make small adjustment or resize the file without loss of quality?
Only vector format which are SCALABLE so you may adjust the file to any size you want and it'll be ready for printing on business card, flyer, etc.
