  3. Server sends audio to Deepgram (STT) Returns text.
  4. Server sends text history to Claude API Returns a streaming text response.
  5. Server feeds text stream into ElevenLabs (TTS) Returns audio stream.
  6. Server sends audio back to Twilio Customer hears the AI speak.
