Yes. I connect GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and Airtable. When a document is signed, your deal stage updates by itself. Standard and Premium include CRM sync.
Should I use Make com or Zapier?
Zapier suits quick two or three app flows. Make com costs less at volume and handles branching better. After you share your tools, I recommend one before I start.
Will signers receive emails from my own domain?
Yes. I connect ZeptoMail to your domain and guide you through SPF and DKIM, so contracts and reminders reach the inbox. Premium covers full domain setup and branded templates.
What happens if one step fails?
I add error routes, retries and a Slack alert, so you see the problem right away and no contract gets stuck. This is included in Standard and Premium.
Can unsigned documents be followed up automatically?
Yes. I set reminders at the intervals you choose, such as 24 and 72 hours. After that, your team gets a Slack alert to follow up personally.
