What are your order restrictions?
No insurance industries or MLM. I only accept financial services orders if leads & call script are provided. No calls to government offices, EMS, or emergency personnel (Fire, Police, etc.). No calls to law offices or medical offices (office buildings are fine). EX
What time zone are you in? What countries can you call?
I am in the EST time zone, and I can adjust to all USA and Canada time zones. However, I can only make calls to the United States and Canada.
What do you actually deliver?
I deliver an Excel file containing all your leads, call notes, names, emails, and appointments. All others, such as the call script, will be in Microsoft Office and PDF formats
What is considered a call? What is considered a callback?
What counts toward a call is a dialing attempt. I will make another attempt (callback) if there is no answer after 4 rings. A callback will occur back-to-back unless a prospect requests one at a later time and it falls within the delivery ti
Do you provide voicemails if there is no answer?
Yes, if the call reaches voicemail after or before 4 rings, I will leave a short voicemail, leaving your company's name and phone number. However, if I leave a voicemail, it forfeits another call attempt. You may opt for a callback instead of a voice
What type of text messages can you send?
My phone system can send texts to a single number. Clients can choose to have me send a short text with a link to provide more details, but ONLY IF THE PROSPECT GIVES PERMISSION OVER THE PHONE. I do not run text message campaigns, nor send unsolicited text

I do all calls. If you want a custom package that exceeds the amount offered in the premium package, I may want to include an additional caller, and will get your concent beforehand.

I don't guarantee or promise any sales. Cold calling is the initial step of the sales process, in which attempts are made to see if the person is interested. If so, I set an appointment, or the prospect may request an email, which I will note on the call log.
