Every package includes source code, an environment configuration example, setup instructions and an HTML test report. Failures include traces where available and reproducible findings. Secrets stay out of source code.

Scope covers one application and one test environment. A scenario is one agreed user journey with its assertions; extra roles, variants and integrations count separately. Revisions cover the agreed scope.
