PCB Design, Development & Testing Project Designed and developed a custom multi-layer Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for an embedded electronic system integrating a microcontroller, sensors, and power management modules. Performed schematic capture, component selection, and optimized PCB layout design with proper grounding, decoupling, and EMI reduction techniques to ensure signal integrity and stable performance. Implemented efficient trace routing, layer stack-up planning, thermal management strategies, and high-current trace design where required. Conducted Design Rule Checks (DRC), simulation, and generated Gerber files for fabrication. Coordinated prototype manufacturing and carried out PCB assembly including SMT and through-hole soldering. Performed functional testing, debugging, and validation using electronic test equipment to ensure reliability, voltage regulation, and overall system stability. Improved board efficiency and reduced noise through iterative design enhancements.
