1. What information do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide your box dimensions (Length x Width x Height), product type, preferred style (tuck-end, ear-lock, etc.), and any branding assets/logos in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF).
2. What is included in the 1:1 Physical Sample package?
You will receive a physical printed sample box(es) manufactured according to your exact dieline and artwork specifications. This allows you to verify the material strength, box fit, structural integrity, and print quality before committing to bulk production.
3. Do you handle full bulk production and manufacturing?
Yes! We are direct packaging manufacturers. We offer end-to-end custom manufacturing, including offset/digital printing, custom die-cutting, matte/gloss lamination, Spot UV, and hot foil finishes for small batch runs and large bulk orders.
4. Can you work with design agencies or freelancers under a White-label agreement?
Absolutely. We frequently partner with creative agencies and designers as their physical production arm. We can manufacture and ship samples or bulk orders directly to your end client with complete confidentiality.
5. What if I already have a dieline and just need physical sample prototyping or printing?
You can send us your existing pre-press file or dieline vector. We will conduct a free dieline inspection to verify fold lines, margins, and paperboard/corrugated thickness before moving directly to sample production or bulk manufacturing.
