Will this audit make my website ADA compliant?
The audit tells you exactly where you fail WCAG 2.2 AA and how to fix it. Compliance comes from fixing the issues - which I can do via the Premium package. No auditor can guarantee you will never receive a complaint, and this is not legal advice, but you will have a documented, prioritized plan.
Do you test manually or just run automated tools?
Both. Automated scanners (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) catch roughly a third of real-world issues. I also test by hand: keyboard-only use, NVDA screen reader checks, contrast measurement, 200% zoom and reflow, forms and error handling - the failures that actually trigger complaints.
What exactly do I receive?
A professional PDF report (executive summary, risk rating, detailed findings with screenshots and fixes, 30/60/90 roadmap, full WCAG 2.2 checklist) plus a prioritized issue-log spreadsheet your developer can start on immediately.
My site has more than 10 pages. Can you still audit it?
Yes. Audits work by template: one product page represents every page built on that template, which is the W3C's own evaluation approach. For very large or complex sites, message me and I will quote a custom scope.
Which platforms do you cover?
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and custom-coded sites. The audit itself is platform-independent; fixes in the Premium package are quoted based on your platform.
What is WCAG 2.2 Level AA and why that standard?
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the international standard for accessible websites. Level AA is the benchmark referenced in U.S. ADA lawsuits, the DOJ web rule, and the EU's EN 301 549. I audit against the current version, WCAG 2.2.
Can you fix the issues you find?
Yes. Premium includes up to 4 hours of remediation focused on your critical issues, plus a retest. Larger fixes are quoted as a custom offer from your issue log - you will know the exact scope before spending anything.
What makes you different from the $10 audit gigs?
Cheap gigs paste the output of a free scanner - a report you could run yourself in 5 minutes that misses most real violations. I test manually with keyboard, NVDA screen reader, contrast tools and zoom, following the W3C's evaluation methodology - with evidence and an exact fix for every finding.
Is it safe to share a test login with you?
Yes. Ask for a limited test account (never your admin or a real customer login), and remove it after delivery. Everything I see stays confidential, and my report only contains what is needed to document and fix the issues.
