Included as needed:
- Remove duplicates using your confirmed matching criteria
- Remove unwanted spaces and empty rows
- Standardize text, number and unambiguous date formats
- Organize headers and split or combine straightforward columns
- Append compatible tables (Standard and Premium)
You receive a cleaned XLSX or CSV file, a short change summary and a list of ambiguous or missing values for your decision. I check the agreed requirements and preserve your original file.
Packages cover structured tables within the stated row, column and table limits. Please message me before ordering for larger files, unusual layouts or special matching requirements. Complex formulas, macros, PDF extraction and external data research are excluded.

My file has more rows or columns than a package allows. What should I do?
Please send a sample before ordering. I will review the structure and confirm the appropriate package or provide a custom offer. The package limits apply to both rows and columns; there are no surprise surcharges after we agree the scope.
What counts as an item, row or table?
One item means one input data row, excluding the header. Row limits are totals across all tables before cleaning. Each worksheet containing a dataset counts as one table; each CSV file is one table. Column limits apply to each table.
What does combining files include?
Standard appends tables with matching columns. Premium can map differently named columns using your confirmed mapping and adds a source-file column. Complex relational joins and fuzzy matching require a separate scope review.
How do you handle duplicates and missing values?
We agree on the matching columns and which record to keep. Ambiguous dates, conflicting records and missing information are flagged for your decision. I do not invent missing data or research it externally as part of this gig.
What does one revision include?
Adjustments within the original agreed scope. Errors against the agreed requirements will be corrected. New files, new outputs or additional work need a separate agreement.
Do you use AI tools?
I use scripts and AI-assisted tools where appropriate and check the final result. Please contact me before ordering if your organization restricts AI processing. Only provide data you are authorized to share and processing we have agreed on.
