About me
I'm Danny Thai, Founder of CREFIC Advisory and an institutional CRE investment analyst with 8+ years across Vietnam and US markets. I currently underwrite live M&A deals for a Thai-backed property developer.
I help investors, developers, and sponsors with two things: building institutional-quality financial models from scratch, and auditing models they already have. Either way, you walk away with numbers you can defend in front of lenders, LPs, and IC committees.
