BUBI Productions Ltd is a two-founder studio for channels that have outgrown the ad-hoc workflow: expert-led YouTube brands, education businesses and working creators.
Post-production runs as a system here. Your rules are written down before a frame is cut, one standard holds across every file, the numbers are read afterwards so each video starts from what the last one taught.
Video editing, audio post-production, thumbnails and channel strategy, delivered by a hands-on, founder-led team you actually talk to. If the fiftieth video should still sound like you, we are the right room.

Will shortening the lesson change what I teach?
Your teaching point guides the edit. We keep essential steps, terminology and the pauses an explanation needs. If changing the order would make the lesson clearer, we explain why. You confirm the subject matter; the edit preserves its meaning.
Can you work with slides and screen recordings?
Yes. Supply the final slides, readable screen recordings and camera footage. The 30-minute raw-material allowance is the total duration across all video sources, including up to 2 camera angles. We check the files before ordering; we do not record new material.
How do we start, and what happens after the sample?
Message us before ordering. Every new partnership begins with a paid sample so both sides experience the work and the relationship. One sample per partner across our niche Gigs. If we both want to continue, we agree an ongoing scope through our main partnership Gig.
Is this a fixed-price package?
Yes, $300 for the listed scope. We review your material before ordering to confirm it fits. If you need a different scope, we agree the deliverables and total first. The listed sample does not require a subscription or a follow-on order.
Who will edit my video?
A founder or specialist edits your video; Dogu always designs sound. Specialists work from a founder's brief and specs, with two founder-led internal revision rounds before you see the cut. These do not use your agreed feedback allowance.
Can you work with my existing editor or team?
Yes. We agree which part of the work we take on and coordinate directly with the people involved. You keep your team and your direction. The sample lets both sides see whether the arrangement eases the load; if it adds an unnecessary step, we will say so.
What does the thumbnail include? Do you publish?
One finished thumbnail uses your existing visual identity and supplied images to make the video’s subject clear. New branding, multiple design directions and performance testing are outside the sample. You receive the files; uploading and publishing are not included.
Will the Shorts give away my paid course?
We agree what may be shared publicly. A Short might explain one idea or show a useful technique without revealing the full lesson. All three use the supplied material. Private examples, paid-only steps and restricted content stay out unless you approve their use.
Can the sample cover my whole course?
The listed sample covers one lesson. Curriculum design, new lesson writing, new slide design and filming are outside it. If we both want to continue, a course series can be scoped through the main partnership Gig, with the teaching decisions carried forward.
Will I receive editable project files?
Editable project files are not included in the sample. If your editor or team needs a project handover, tell us before ordering so we can agree what they need and account for asset licence limits.
