Which industries is it suitable for?
Any industry. You define your own categories, for example personnel, rent, marketing or materials.
How does the forecast work?
Closed months use your actual values, open months use your budget. For each category you can add an adjustment in % if you expect higher or lower costs. The result is shown per category and in total.
How many categories can I use?
The basic template has room for 12 categories. The Standard and Premium packages can be extended on request.
Which Excel version do I need?
Excel 2016 or newer. The template also works in Google Sheets, but some formatting may look different.
Can I use another currency?
Yes. The template shows plain numbers without a currency symbol, so you can use any currency.
Do I need prior knowledge?
No. A short step-by-step guide is included in the file, and the sample data can simply be overwritten.
