I will provide a rendering of your construction project including mechanical engineering and plumbing and architectural details. This can be used in presentations or to help with your planning. This is not to be taken as a formal contract document. If you give me your plans and specs I can send you an interactive 3d model per plan and I can also add a time lapse showing the progress of the build.
There are modes such as underground xray and roof cut off so you can see different portions of the work as it occurs. Most basic version of this service does not include the time lapse and for time lapse to work it requires a schedule or I could quickly build a very general one for you but it is recommended you already have one. I will offer multiple revisions and I want you to walk away satisfied. This service can be helpful for contractors or homeowners/business owners.

If you provide me your plans and specifications I can bring your project to life as a 3d model. The more detail oriented your plan the more detail oriented your model. I can also make revisions off plan as needed but this service is geared for people who have a project in mind that want to visualize it. I normally help contractors. If you have a project schedule I can build a time lapse from start to finish.
