Can you tell me the price before I order?
Yes, and I prefer it that way. Send me the site link and describe the problem, I will look, name the cause, the price and the time, then you order.
My site is hacked. Will it come back after cleaning?
Not if the entry point is closed. I remove the malicious code and also fix what let it in, then harden the site. Reinfection is the thing I actually check for.
Is my live site at risk while you work?
No. I take a full backup first and work on a copy or in a safe window. If anything goes wrong I can roll back immediately.
Do you need my hosting and admin access?
For most fixes yes, WordPress admin and hosting or FTP. You can create a temporary account for me and remove it after delivery.
