I will integrate your wordpress or woocommerce store with your crm or erp

About this gig
Your shop and your CRM should not be two separate worlds that someone keeps copying data between by hand.
I connect WordPress and WooCommerce stores to the systems you already run - CRM, ERP, accounting, warehouse - over their APIs and webhooks, so orders, customers, products and stock move by themselves.
WHAT I CONNECT
Stores: WooCommerce, WordPress, OpenCart, custom PHP
Systems: HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Bitrix24, SAP, MS Dynamics, Stripe, PayPal, and anything with a documented API
WHAT MOVES
New orders into your CRM or ERP
Customers and companies, with field mapping you approve
Products, prices and stock levels back to the shop
Invoices, shipping status and tracking numbers
HOW I BUILD IT
A real API and webhook integration in PHP, not a copy-paste plugin
Every sync is logged, failures retry and email you
Tested on a staging copy before anything touches live data
Short handover doc so your team is not dependent on me
12+ years in PHP and WordPress: I know what breaks in a shop.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Message me your shop URL, the system to connect and what should sync. I will reply with a fixed quote and an honest yes or no.

FAQ
Which CRM and ERP systems do you support?
HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Bitrix24, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Google Sheets are the common ones. Any system with a documented REST API can be connected - send me the docs and I will confirm before you order.
Do you use a plugin or write real code?
Real code. Plugins break as soon as your fields or your process differ from the default. I build a direct API and webhook integration in PHP, so it matches how your business actually works, and you get the source code.
What happens if a sync fails?
Every sync is logged. Failed jobs retry automatically and you get an email with the exact record and the error. You will never silently lose an order.
Will this slow down my shop?
No. Syncs run in the background through the queue or cron, not during checkout. Your customers never wait for your CRM to answer.
Do you work directly on my live store?
Only at the very end. I build and test on a staging copy or with test records first, and we switch the live store on once you have seen it working.
What do you need from me to start?
Admin access to your store, API credentials for the other system, and one sentence per data type about what should move where. I send an exact checklist right after you order.
