Need a structured spreadsheet cleaned without losing track of changed or uncertain records?
I will clean Excel or CSV data using rules agreed before the work starts. Packages cover formatting, duplicate removal using one agreed key, and flagging missing or ambiguous values.
You receive:
- The cleaned file
- The flagged records, kept separate
- A brief summary of changes and record counts
Excel delivery contains separate Cleaned, Flagged and Change summary sheets. CSV delivery contains separate cleaned and flagged CSV files plus a change summary.
Limits apply to total input rows across all files. Packages cover up to 10 columns; files being combined must have matching columns.
I do not guess missing information, infer phone country codes, verify whether email addresses are active, or merge uncertain matches. Scanned documents, manual research and complex workbook repairs need a separate scope.
Please message me with an anonymized sample before ordering if your data or rules are unusual. I may use Claude Code for a task-specific script; please tell me beforehand if AI-assisted work is not acceptable.

How are row limits counted?
They apply to total input rows across all files, before duplicate removal. Each package covers up to 10 columns.
How do you identify duplicates?
We agree on one key, such as an ID or email field, and its formatting rules. Uncertain matches are flagged rather than automatically merged.
What happens to missing or invalid data?
Affected records are retained in a separate flagged sheet. I do not invent missing values. Email checks cover agreed format rules, not mailbox verification.
Can you clean PDFs, images or Google Sheets?
These packages cover structured Excel or CSV files. Please contact me before ordering for another format.
What does one revision include?
One round of adjustments within the agreed scope. New files, extra rows or new cleaning rules require a separate quote. Corrections needed to meet the agreed specification are part of completing the delivery.
