Will I need to give you admin access to my environment?
Ideally a System Customizer or System Administrator role in a sandbox environment. I can also work from an exported solution file if your security policy requires it.
What's the difference between Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Apps?
Dataverse is the data platform. D365 CE apps (Sales, Service, Field Service) and model-driven Power Apps both run on it. I work across all three, so you don't need to know which one you need.
Do I get the source code and solution file?
Yes. Every delivery includes the managed and unmanaged solution files, plus any C#/JavaScript source. No lock-in
