My flow worked for months and suddenly stopped. Can you fix it?
Almost always yes. Sudden failures are usually an expired connection, a changed permission, or an API the flow depends on changing its response. I find which one from your run history, normally within an hour of getting access.
Can you fix a flow that someone else built?
Yes, that is most of my work. I do not need the original builder. I read the flow definition and the run history and work out what it was meant to do. Inherited and undocumented flows are normal for me.
What if you cannot fix it?
I diagnose free before you order, so you will know the cause before you spend anything. If I take the order and cannot fix it, you get a full refund. I would rather turn down work than damage a client's environment.
Do you handle premium connectors, Dataverse and HTTP actions?
Yes. Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, Outlook, Teams, Approvals, custom connectors and raw HTTP calls with OAuth. I also work across Power Apps and Dynamics 365, so I can follow the problem past the flow if it starts elsewhere.
How fast can you start?
Send the error message and I will usually reply the same day with the likely cause. Once you order and I have access, a single-flow fix is normally done within 24 hours.
Can you also stop this happening again?
Yes, and I recommend it. Most broken flows had no error handling, so they failed silently for days before anyone noticed. I add retry policies, failure branches and an alert so you find out immediately, not next month.
