I worked on Google Ads Search campaigns for affiliate/coupon-based campaigns where the main goal was to drive high-intent traffic, improve CTR, control CPC, and track performance through ROI sheets from different affiliate networks. The project involved setting up and managing Google Search campaigns, researching keywords, organizing ad groups, writing search ads, adding ad assets, and monitoring campaign performance. One of the main challenges was managing a large keyword structure while keeping traffic relevant and avoiding wasted clicks. I handled this by separating keywords into focused ad groups, using exact and phrase match keywords, reviewing low-volume keywords, adding negative keyword direction, and checking campaign-level data regularly. The account data showed strong search performance, including 741K+ clicks, 4M+ impressions, an average CPC around $0.31, and multiple campaigns with high CTR. I also used ROI sheets to compare ad spend, traffic, and affiliate network performance so campaigns could be reviewed from both Google Ads and revenue perspectives.
