What is included with Unlimited Website Edits?
Unlimited edits include edits and bug fixes! Ask us to change banners, headers, or footers, change plugin settings, minor CSS adjustments, add a new landing page, format landing pages, change images or text, add coupon codes, or update shopping carts.
What is NOT included in Unlimited Website Edits?
Unlimited edits is not limitless, though, as it does not include custom development of any kind, updating custom code, fixing bugs in other plugins, graphic design, PSD to WordPress, creation of content, or building out a new website or subdomain.
You monitor my sites uptime, what do you do if it goes down?
If your site goes down, we manually check the site to confirm its down. If it’s down, we activate our triage protocol where we notify you and we begin to determine the issue. No action is needed on your part. Once fixed, we notify you of that and the error.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes we do! if you want us to host your website, we can host it. Sometimes, we also will recommend you to switch hosts to us, but we also recommend Cloudways, SiteGround, and WPMUDEV.
