I will design and develop your simple HTML based website

About this gig
Please contact me to discuss your requirements before you select a package.
If you want a simple website that requires the minimum amount of responsibility necessary, but it still looks better than your competitors' websites, then you have found the right gig.
You may have heard of content management service driven sites such as WordPress. These kinds of sites can be great. As a WordPress developer, I ought to know. However, sometimes sites like these can be more hassle than their worth.
However, with a simple HTML driven site similar to one of the ones featured in my promo video, you will have far less overhead to deal with, and you will need to make far fewer updates, and you will be able to integrate specificity that would be more difficult to integrate using a content manager like WordPress.
I can also utilize a framework like Bootstrap to make sure that your site looks great without taking a long time to build. The value added by Bootstrap is that it provides a combination of development speed and customization flexibility that is unique in the world of web development.

This varies depending on the amount of content that you need. Typically a page has three to five sections.
Can you set up my website with the Bootstrap framework?
Yes. Using the bootstrap framework is great way to set up a great looking mobile first website.
How fast is an HTML driven page?
It is usually a lot easier to create a fast loading static HTML page than it is to quickly load pages like the ones built on WordPress. Check out my performance evaluation in the gallery. That was performed on a 4G mobile network with a page that included a full screen image and a typing feature.
Can I add a WordPress blog to my website's subdirectory in the future?
Yes.
Can I add ecommerce functionality in the future?
Yes.
How easy will it be to update my website?
You will need to be able update the raw code. This usually isn't difficult if you want to do something like add a new sentence to a paragraph. But this is more difficult if you want to change how the page is styled.
How often will I have to update my website?
All websites eventually have to be updated. But simple websites like the kind featured in this gig can often go a very long time without needing to be updated, and when they do need to be updated, the updates are often very simple.
What if I want a website that is more than a couple of pages?
An HTML driven website can be built as large as you like it. However, the more content that your website has, the more it will benefit from a content management driven website like WordPress.
Can I add things like sticky sidebars and sticky navbars to my site.
Absolutely. There are actually many content, styling, and animation advantages to using a simple HTML driven website.
