Do you have a broken, discontinued or hard-to-find replacement part, but no CAD file or technical drawing?

I can reverse engineer your part from a physical sample, measurements or photos and recreate it as an accurate, functional 3D CAD model ready for 3D printing.

My focus is on functional replacement parts. I consider dimensions, tolerances, fit, mechanical function, material properties and print orientation. If required, I can also reinforce or improve the original design.

I can provide STL and source CAD files. I can also manufacture the finished part using 3D printing.

Materials include flexible TPU 72D and rigid materials such as ABS. Maximum build sizes are 250 x 210 x 220 mm for TPU and 256 x 256 x 256 mm for ABS.

I also offer 10W diode laser engraving and cutting for suitable materials.
