I translate between German, English, French and Italian. Spanish to German is possible as well.
Do you translate word for word?
No. I focus on meaning, context and natural language rather than translating word for word. The goal is for the final text to feel natural in the target language.
What type of texts can you translate?
I can help with website content, blog posts, social media, marketing texts, travel and tourism content, personal texts and general documents.
Do you use AI or machine translation?
I personally review and work on every translation. Your final text will be checked for meaning, tone, grammar and natural wording.
Can you adapt the tone of my text?
Absolutely. If you have a specific tone in mind (i.e. professional, casual, warm, promotional or somewhere in between) just let me know.
Can you translate Swiss German
I work with Standard German rather than Swiss German. If your target audience is in Switzerland, I can adapt the wording to Swiss Standard German. However, if you would like to have content in Swiss German translated into another language, I would be happy to help, as it is my native language.
Can you also proofread an existing translation?
Yes. If you already have a translation but feel that it sounds unnatural, I can review and improve it.
