2. Do you provide structural, MEP, or engineer stamps?
We draft structural and MEP layouts. Stamps and sign-off aren't included we coordinate with a licensed PE for structural review on request.
3. What do you need from me to get started?
Your project city/state, ADU size, and a survey or plot plan if you have one.
4. What if my ADU is larger than my package's size limit?
