Includes cover sheet, site plan, full architectural plans, basic structural details, and electrical layout prepared for permit submission review.
Deliverables include PDF and AutoCAD DWG files with clean layers, annotations, and organized sheets using U.S. drafting standards.
Engineering stamps and city submission are not included unless discussed in advance. Final permit approval depends on the local Authority Having Jurisdiction.

I paid 150 for floor plans that is crazy. Didn’t understand what I was getting I asked the person doing the work before I paid that this is what I need for the city right and they said yes. The next day I take it to the city and they said this is just floor plans. I am so upset
