Do I have full access to my Server?
Yes! We manage our Servers through Pterodactyl - A Dashboard where you can do anything you want to get your server up and running!
Do you configure my Server for me?
Yes, and no. Yes, being that we create and install your Server for you, but as far as Plugins and Mod setup goes, we cannot do that for you. We can, however, offer you that as an additional service!
How does Payment work?
Once you accept the Custom Offer (Or place an order through the Packages), You provide me with an Email address, Server Type, and Version so that I can add you to your server, and that's it! Once I am ready, I will mark your order as delivered, after you confirm access to your Server!
My Server is monthly, how do I do monthly Payments?
If you're a monthly payment user, I will create an Order Once a month on the date that you order (Eg. 15th of every month) for the Server Payment. We do offer Yearly Discounts, if you decide to rent the Server for a year.
What happens to my Server if I Cancel/do not pay?
We'd hate to see you go, however, if you do decide to leave us, you can request to cancel by contacting me. Once canceled, I will provide you with a ZIP file of your world/data. If you default on your payment, Your server will be suspended. After 7 days, it will be deleted with no recovery.
