What do I need before ordering?
A computer (Windows/Mac/Linux) or a VPS, and an LLM API key if you have one. If you don't have them yet, message me and I'll guide you step by step.
Which messaging apps can the bot connect to?
Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and Slack. Basic includes 1 channel; Standard 2; Premium 3 or more.
Will the bot run 24/7?
Yes — with cloud deployment (Standard and above), your bot runs around the clock on your VPS.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything is installed on your own machine or server. I don't keep copies of your data or API keys after delivery.
What do I need to prepare before ordering?
Three things: your VPS login (root or a sudo user), a Telegram Bot Token (free, takes 2 minutes with BotFather), and an API key for the model you want (e.g. OpenAI / Claude). If you don't have a VPS yet, from the Standard package up I can recommend a server that fits your budget.
How long does delivery take?
A fresh Basic install usually takes 1–2 days; error fixes depend on the error, and most can be located the same day. Standard / Premium with multi-channel setup and custom skills usually take 3–5 days. Message me your situation before ordering and I'll give you an exact timeline.
If something breaks after delivery, who fixes it?
Problems with the deployment itself are fixed free within 30 days of delivery. If you broke it by changing the config yourself, the Premium package's 30-day support covers that too; on Basic you can add a one-off fix as a small extra order.
Are my API key and server data safe?
Everything runs on your own VPS — your data never leaves your server. After delivery I remove my temporary access records, and you can change the password. Your API key lives only in your server's environment variables; I don't keep a copy.
Do you also fix existing broken setups?
Yes — that's a regular Basic-package job. Send me the error screenshot or log first; I'll tell you whether I can fix it and how long it takes before you order, so you don't waste money.
