I own a company called Cafe Ventures and have been helping Restaurant/Cafe/Bakery/Bar owners find new locations and negotiate leases with landlords for over 4 years now in the UK market. Recently I launched a service to help new businesses create a landlord pack, as we find that a pack is essential when trying to negotiate a new lease.
