FAQ
I'm not sure what to order?
No worries! If you are not sure which package to order please feel free to message me directly and I can give you a custom quote based on what you need.
I need to get a lot of things done, should I order or message you first?
With orders that are large or will require multiple elements the best way to start is to message me and let me see if there are any price breakdowns for your orders. I do offer a lot of deals on packages and if you order multiple designs, my quotes are always reasonable.
Are you easy to work with?
YES! I have worked in the design industry for 14+ years and doing graphic design is my passion and full-time job. I am very friendly, easy to talk to and take a collaborative approach to all of my design work. I want to make sure you are happy and love with the designs I provide.
I am new to Fiverr, I'm not sure exactly what to do?
No worries! Just message me directly with what you are looking for, or I can help you with how to order on fiverr and give you a quick tour :) Fiverr is an AWESOME social marketplace and I want you to be able to take advantage of it!
Do you design websites?
I can design landing pages or basic webpage layouts. These are delivered in a Photoshop PSD file.
I need this order in a few hours, is that possible?
YES! Please message me and I can send you a personal quote. Orders that have a turnaround under 24 hours will have a special handling fee attached, my prices are always competitive and I am willing to work with you. Sometimes though I am out of the office if you don't get a reply.
I ordered my gig what next?
Just kick back and wait for some awesome designs :) If I have any questions or need anything else from you I will message you directly on the order page. If the order was placed then it will go directly to my queue for work and I will have a proof delivered before the due date.
How does printing work?
Printing is something I am offering for large volume orders. I have contacts where I can get printing for a very reasonable pricing, this is color and black and white printing. Message me directly if you are interested in this.

Rob is my go-to guy for any book related artwork. He has done three book covers and a book mark, all keeping the same 'branding' theme. I am thrilled with his work.

Rob W. was great to work with, showing excellent language fluency, cooperation, and politeness. However, there are areas for improvement in the attention to detail in flyer design. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience.
